Intimacy

Given the stimulus ‘Intimacy’ we looked at answering questions of What is intimacy? What does intimacy look like? What does it feel like?

Our responses to these questions were all very different to eachother and yet what seemed to present itself through all of our answers was this idea of intimate moments – intimacy not as a prolonged experience but instead a momentary feeling.

Thinking of intimacy through this idea of moments lead to the recollection of memories and in doing so we realised memories was something we wanted to work with.

We looked at exploring the memories of one individual and what it might look like to present that on stage and this lead us to the concept of our piece.
